-Where can I purchase tickets to concerts and events?   
Online at www.BeaverDamAmp.com or www.ETix.com, at Beaver Dam City Hall*, and at First United Bank* in Beaver Dam. ETix is the only authorized seller of tickets for Beaver Dam Amphitheater. (*During regular business hours.)  

-Can I purchase Season Passes?   
We do not currently offer Season Passes. Please sign up for our email newsletter to be the first to know of concert and event announcements.   

-What is your smoking / vaping policy?   
Beaver Dam Amphitheater proudly provides our guests with a smoke-free, vape-free concert experience. There are two smoking & vaping areas, clearly marked, on the venue grounds. These are outside of the performance and seating areas. Smoking & vaping are allowed ONLY in these areas. This policy is strictly enforced.   

-Are coolers allowed?   
Coolers, as well as outside food & beverages, are PROHIBITED at Beaver Dam Amphitheater. We proudly offer exceptional concessions at very reasonable prices, including ribeye and pork chop sandwiches. We also offer a wide selection of ice-cold beer, including Budweiser products, IPAs, imports, and malt beverage specialty drinks. Please see our POLICIES page for more information about other prohibited items.   

-Are children required to have tickets?    
A ticket is required for all guests, except for infants 12 months of age or younger, who will be held on a lap for the entire event.   

-Do I need to bring a chair?  
ALL LOWER ARENA TABLES and Tickets have seating provided. Lawn chairs are not allowed in these sections. If desired, UPPER LAWN / GENERAL ADMISSION ticket holders can bring a small lawn chair as seats are not provided for this seating tier. A limited number of chairs are available for rent for GA ticket holders. Guests may also bring blankets. Please check the seating layout for specific shows, as seating may vary.   

-Is there an ATM on-site?   
There is no ATM on site, but credit and debit cards are accepted at the venue.   

-What is LOWER ARENA Reserved Table seating?   
This is a premium VIP concert experience. Each reserved table has four chairs. These tickets may be purchased only as a table (4 tickets). Chairs cannot be brought into the lower arena as seating is provided.  Tables in sections 1 through 5 include table service. Table sin secitons 6L and 6R DO NOT include table service.

-What concessions are offered?   
Beaver Dam Amphitheater takes pride in our concession quality and affordability. We offer a variety of Pepsi products, as well as hamburgers, pretzels, nachos, pork chop and ribeye sandwiches, and more. Our concessions are reasonably priced and delicious! You are sure to find something you love.  

-Do you sell alcohol?   
For guests 21 and over, Beaver Dam Amphitheater serves Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Country Boy Brewing Company products, SweetWater Blue, and a variety of Rita products (i.e., MangoRita, StrawberRita, etc.). Please be prepared to show your ID.   

-What is the rain policy for shows?   
All shows are Rain or Shine. Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. If an event begins but is later cut short due to unexpected severe weather, it is not considered a cancellation. 

In case of a show cancellation, an announcement will be made, and ticket holders will be notified and informed. Refunds are typically offered in the event of event cancellation. There may or may not be a rescheduled date.   

-When do the doors open before the event?   
Typically doors are open 1.5 hours before show time. This is subject to change for individual shows, and specific gate times are available under the Concerts & Events tab of the website. *PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY if you plan on seeing the opening act.*   

-Is Beaver Dam Amphitheater ADA compliant?   
Yes, Beaver Dam Amphitheater is ADA-compliant and accessible.   

-Is there a local taxi service?   
While there is no taxi service in Beaver Dam, however, there is Lyft. Limos By KNight in Owensboro offers shuttle services to and from local hotels. Also, the Ohio County Campgrounds typically provide a shuttle service if you stay at one of their campsites.  

-Where can we stay overnight locally?

-Options to eat before/after the show?   
Beaver Dam has many one-of-a-kind dining options for tourists. Please check the VISIT US tab for information about local dining options.

In the interests of safety and security for our guests and a more efficient entry process at the gate, we have a CLEAR BAGS ONLY POLICY. 

Please review our list of prohibited items below. There are no exceptions.

Clear bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are prohibited. 
Clutch purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are prohibited. 
All other bags are prohibited. 

Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”) will be allowed. In addition, all bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search, and the venue can refuse entry. If you have items not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

ADA Accessibility  
ADA sections allow for one (1) ADA-ticketed seat and one (1) ticketed companion seat. ALL must possess a ticket. Wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers are allowed for ADA. Outside chairs are prohibited.

Concerts and Events at Beaver Dam Amphitheater may include loud music and sounds, as well as strobe, hydro, pyrotechnics, and other special effects, including flashing lights, rapidly changing or alternating images, the use of fog, haze, or smoke with theatrical stage lighting, laser projections, and fireworks.
 

ARMBANDS
Color-coded armbands will be placed on all guests at entry. Armbands MUST remain on at all times. If a guest removes his/her armband or it loses it, the guest will have to purchase another armband for $10 at customer service after showing proof of ticket and ID. 

Firearms / Weapons
-Firearms are strictly prohibited at Beaver Dam Amphitheater. There are no exceptions. Any patron found to be carrying a firearm will be immediately removed from the venue by law enforcement. 
-Weapons of any type are prohibited. 

The following items are PERMITTED inside Beaver Dam Amphitheater: 
-Cell Phones
-Blankets
-Small, folding lawn chairs in LAWN General Admission sections only (outside chairs are prohibited in the lower arena) 

*Guests may bring lawn chairs ONLY for Upper Lawn GA tickets and seating area. Small lawn chairs or foldable camp chairs only. Canopy chairs and reclining chairs are not permitted.

*Seats are provided for lower arena reserved tables and single GA lower arena tickets. Lawn Chairs are NOT allowed in the lower arena. 

Dress Code 
Patrons entering the Beaver Dam Amphitheater must be dressed appropriately (including a shirt and shoes) and must remain clothed at all times within the venue. 

Entry/Security 
Patrons should allow ample time for mandatory security procedures when entering the Beaver Dam Amphitheater. Security procedures may include a bag search, metal detection, and contents of pockets emptied.

Firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited. 

Lost & Found 
Items found before, during, or after an event will be directed to Beaver Dam City Hall. Patrons may contact the office during regular business hours at (270) 274-7106 to inquire about lost items. 

Projectiles 
Throwing any object at any time inside the Beaver Dam Amphitheater is strictly prohibited. Any person witnessed throwing a projectile of any size is subject to ejection from the venue. 

Re-Entry 
Re-entry is strictly prohibited during ticketed events. No exceptions.

Smoking / Vaping
Beaver Dam Amphitheater is proud to provide a Smoke-Free / Vape-Free concert experience for our guests. Smoking / Vaping is only permitted in the designated smoking / vaping area. Smoking / Vaping is not allowed inside the seating/listening areas of the venue. This policy is strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation. 

What is your rain / severe weather policy? 
Concerts are Rain or Shine. In the event of severe weather, we may pause or delay the concert until severe weather passes. In the event of an emergency or severe weather, we have procedures to keep everyone safe. You may bring a poncho or raincoat. Umbrellas are not allowed. 

Special Effects 
Please be advised that events may feature special effects including but not limited to: 
-Pyrotechnics 
-Lasers Strobe Lights 
-Smoke / Haze

Tickets 
ETix is the only authorized ticketing agent for Beaver Dam Amphitheater Events. Patrons are encouraged to use caution if purchasing tickets from unauthorized vendors or websites. The selling of tickets on or near the venue is strictly prohibited. Reselling of tickets is prohibited. Beaver Dam Amphitheater is not responsible for tickets sold by resellers or third parties.

Liability
By purchasing tickets and attending events at Beaver Dam Amphitheater, guests assume liability, absent gross negligence on the part of the venue, for any injuries sustained.
