-Where can I purchase tickets to concerts and events? 
Online at www.BeaverDamAmp.com or www.ETix.com, at Beaver Dam City Hall*, and at First United Bank* in Beaver Dam. ETix is the only authorized seller of tickets for Beaver Dam Amphitheater. (*During regular business hours.)

-Can I purchase Season Passes? 
We do not currently offer Season Passes. Please sign up for our
email newsletter to be the first to know of concert and event announcements. 

-What is your smoking / vaping policy? 
Beaver Dam Amphitheater proudly provides our guests with a smoke-free, vape-free concert experience. There are two smoking & vaping areas, clearly marked, on the venue grounds. These are outside of the performance and seating areas. Smoking & vaping are allowed ONLY in these areas. This policy is strictly enforced. 

-Are coolers allowed? 
Coolers, as well as outside food & beverages, are NOT allowed at Beaver Dam Amphitheater. We proudly offer exceptional concessions at very reasonable prices, including ribeye and pork chop sandwiches. We also offer a wide selection of ice-cold beer, including Budweiser products, IPAs, imports, and malt beverage specialty drinks. Please see our POLICIES page for more information about other prohibited items. 

-Are children required to have tickets?  
A ticket is required for all guests, except for infants 12 months of age or younger, who will be held on a lap for the entire event. 

-Do I need to bring a chair?
ALL LOWER ARENA TABLES and Tickets have seating provided. Lawn chairs are not allowed in these sections. If desired, UPPER LAWN / GENERAL ADMISSION ticket holders can bring a small lawn chair as seats are not provided for this seating tier. A limited number of chairs are available for rent for GA ticket holders. Guests may also bring blankets. Please check the seating layout for specific shows, as seating may vary. 

-Is there an ATM on-site? 
There is no ATM on site, but credit and debit cards are accepted at the venue. 

-What is LOWER ARENA Reserved Table seating? 
This is a premium VIP concert experience. Each reserved table has four chairs. These tickets may be purchased only as a table (4 tickets). Food & Beverage service is provided for each table. Chairs cannot be brought into the lower arena as seating is provided. 

-What concessions are offered? 
Beaver Dam Amphitheater takes pride in our concession quality and affordability. We offer a variety of Pepsi products, as well as hamburgers, pretzels, nachos, pork chop and ribeye sandwiches, and more. Our concessions are reasonably priced and delicious! You are sure to find something you love.

-Do you sell alcohol? 
For guests 21 and over, Beaver Dam Amphitheater serves Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Country Boy Brewing Company products, SweetWater Blue, and a variety of Rita products (i.e., MangoRita, StrawberRita, etc.). Please be prepared to show your ID. 

-What is the rain policy for shows? 
All shows are Rain or Shine.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In case of a show cancellation, an announcement will be made, and ticket holders will be notified and informed. Refunds will be offered in the event of cancellation. There may or may not be a rescheduled date offered. 

-When do the doors open before the event? 
Typically doors are open 1.5 hours before show time. This is subject to change for individual shows and specific gate times are available under the Concerts & Events tab of the website. 

-Is Beaver Dam Amphitheater ADA compliant? 
Yes, Beaver Dam Amphitheater is ADA compliant and accessible. 

-Is there a local taxi service? 
While there is no taxi service in Beaver Dam, however, there is Lyft. Limos By KNight in Owensboro offers shuttle services to and from local hotels. Also, the Ohio County Campgrounds typically offer a shuttle service if you stay at one of their campsites.

-Where can we stay overnight locally?

-Options to eat before/after the show? 
Beaver Dam has many one-of-a-kind dining options for tourists. Please check the VISIT US tab for information about local dining options.
