For concerts at Beaver Dam Amphitheater
We are thrilled to present Casting Crowns at Beaver Dam Amphitheater on September 4. Our intent is to provide the safest experience possible for our guests, staff, and entertainers. In order to do that, we have specific policies and protocols for this event.
We've included detailed and comprehensive information below including: safety precautions, venue policies, and information on ordering Pre Packaged Meals. We strongly encourage ticket holders to read through everything to avoid any confusion.

This concert will be presented in compliance with all State & CDC mandates and guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
-Per Kentucky State mandate, facial masks are required for entry.
-Per Kentucky & CDC guidelines, social distancing protocols will be in place throughout the venue
-Masks must be worn any time you are moving, standing, or walking outside of your specific seating area such as going to the restrooms, concessions, etc.
-When you are in your specific seating area, you may remove your mask if you desire.
-Please be prepared to have your temperate checked at the gate.
-If temperature is at or above 100.4 F, guests will not be allowed entry. Refund will be processed
-Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout venue
-Wash stations will also be throughout venue, near all porta-potty locations
-No Smoking policy for this show. This will be strictly enforced.
>Entry times and Exit plan for each seating tier:
-Lower Arena Praise Blocks and Gold Circle: 5:00pm entry
-General Admission, Group Circles, Lawn: 5:30pm entry
-After the show, please stay in your seating area until released to exit by emcee.
-Guests may bring small lawn chairs or foldable camp chairs to this event. Seats will not be provided by venue.
-Chairs with canopies or recliner chairs are prohibited.
-Tents, Canopies, and Umbrellas are prohibited.
-Restrooms are available at the top of the hill, side of the hill, in lower arena, and behind the venue. Please use the restroom closest to you.
-Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind are prohibited.
-By attending you agree to all terms and conditions, including waiver of liability due to COVID-19 pandemic. Terms & Conditions are below.

Additionally, all standard venue polices are in effect. Please make sure you are familiar with them.
Additional Policies for DRIVE-IN CONCERTS at Beaver Dam City Park:
>Limited Trash cans on site. Please try to take out everything you bring in, including any trash.
>Vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Vans) Only allowed. No pedestrian traffic. NO TRAILERS
>Motrocycles and Off-Road Vehicles Prohibited
>Social Distancing in accordance with State and CDC Guidelines.
>Alcohol may only be consumed by those 21 and over. This is strictly enforced. By bringing in your own beverages you assume any and all risk and assume 100% liability for any actions, incidents, charges, lawsuits that occur as a direct or indirect result of alcohol you bring into the venue. Don't drink and drive.
>Glass bottles are prohibited.
>Coolers and vehicles may be searched at entry.
>Fires, grills with flames are prohibited.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic and guidelines from the CDC, State, and Local officials, the following rules and regulations are in place. By attending you are agreeing to these:
>Attendee assumes all risk and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Beaver Dam Tourism Commission, The Eric Group, Bands, Artists, The City of Beaver Dam, all sponsors, vendors, volunteers, crew, independent contractors, and staff.
>Attendee assumes personal responsibilty for his/her actons while attending the event. Attendee agrees to comply with all policies and rules, including but not limited to all policies, guidelines, signage, social distancing, and instructions. By attending, attendee recognizes there may be a higher risk of contracting COVID-19.
Additionally, by buying a ticket and attending a concert, each attendee agrees to the following: With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, for myself and on behalf of my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Beaver Dam Tourism Commission, The City of Beaver Dam, Artists, Bands, The Eric Group, or its board members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, volunteers, staff, crew, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party at or involved with the event, or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the event. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Released Parties due to bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to my attendance at the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Partiies or otherwise specifically related to COVID-19. I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability, understand it and voluntarily choose to attend the event, as my own free act and deed, including without limitation the Release of Liability and Indemnification requirements contained in this document; I am sufficiently informed about the risks involved; no oral representations, statements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and by attending I fully intend to be bound by the same. I agree that this Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Kentucky law, and that if any of the provisions hereof are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Waiver of Liability as a whole. This waiver remains in effect until the State of Kentucky lifts all COVID-19 related mandates.
