For Concerts and Events at Beaver Dam Amphitheater

Our intent is to provide the safest experience possible for our guests, staff, and entertainers. 

We hope you enjoy the concert and have an exciting night in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Thank you and please come back soon! :)

Concerts and Events are presented in compliance with all State & CDC mandates and guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation. 

-Masks are recommended & encouraged, especially when not in seating areas. (i.e. restrooms, concession & beer lines, merch lines, walking through venue, pit area, entry, exit, etc.) 
-Unvaccinated guests are encouraged to wear masks at all times. 
-Lower arena guests may stand in the pit area if desired. Please, no gathering in other areas or standing in front of reserved tables.   
-All persons in your group / reserved table must arrive at same time. 
-NOTE: Proof of vaccination or negative test is NOT required at this time. 

Important reminders: 

>Guests sitting at the same reserved table MUST arrive at the same time for entry. For tickets sold as 4-person reserved table, there is ONE (1) ticket formal 4 people. For example, ONE reserved table ticket is valid for FOUR (4) people.
>If you have a reserved table ticket, each person in your group must arrive at the gate and be scanned in together for entry into the venue. There are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. 
-Gates open at 5:30pm / Show starts at 7:00pm for most shows. Check your ticket to be sure. There are some exceptions.
-Seats are provided for reserved tables and lower arena GA.  
-For Lawn GA tickets, fans may bring in small folding chairs 
-No outside food or drink allowed 
-Canopy chairs, tents, umbrellas are prohibited 
-Cameras are prohibited 
-Please review FAQ and POLICIES pages. 

-Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout venue 

-Wash stations will also be throughout venue, near all porta-potty locations 

-All Lower Arena Reserved tables have seats provided. Food & Beverage service is also available for each of these tables.  

-Upper Lawn / General Admission ticket holders may bring small chair and/or blanket 
    -Chairs with canopies or recliner chairs are prohibited. 
    -Tents, Canopies, and Umbrellas are prohibited.  

-Restrooms are available at the top of the hill, and in the lower arena, and behind the venue. Please use the restroom closest to you. 

-Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind are prohibited. 

-By attending you agree to all terms and conditions, including waiver of liability due to COVID-19 pandemic. Terms & Conditions are below.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic and guidelines from the CDC, State, and Local officials, the following rules and regulations are in place. By attending you are agreeing to these:

>Attendee assumes all risk and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Beaver Dam Tourism Commission, The Eric Group, Bands, Artists, The City of Beaver Dam, all sponsors, vendors, volunteers, crew, independent contractors, and staff.

>Attendee assumes personal responsibilty for his/her actons while attending the event. Attendee agrees to comply with all policies and rules, including but not limited to all policies, guidelines, signage, social distancing, and instructions. By attending, attendee recognizes there may be a higher risk of contracting COVID-19.

Additionally, by buying a ticket and attending a concert, each attendee agrees to the following: With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, for myself and on behalf of my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Beaver Dam Tourism Commission, The City of Beaver Dam, Artists, Bands, The Eric Group, or its board members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, volunteers, staff, crew, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party at or involved with the event, or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the event. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Released Parties due to bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to my attendance at the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Partiies or otherwise specifically related to COVID-19. I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability, understand it and voluntarily choose to attend the event, as my own free act and deed, including without limitation the Release of Liability and Indemnification requirements contained in this document; I am sufficiently informed about the risks involved; no oral representations, statements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and by attending I fully intend to be bound by the same. I agree that this Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Kentucky law, and that if any of the provisions hereof are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Waiver of Liability as a whole. This waiver remains in effect until the State of Kentucky lifts all COVID-19 related mandates.
