Beaver Dam Amphitheater Venue Policy

>ADA Compliance
The Beaver Dam Amphitheater provides an ADA accessible area for any patron requiring wheelchair seating plus one guest. Disabled or elderly patrons may utilize handicap parking at the entry gates.

>Children
Children not occupying a seat are allowed free entrance to events. Some community events may allow children under a certain age to enter for free. Contact Beaver Dam City Hall at (270) 274-7106 for age limits of specific events.

>Contraband
The following items are not permitted inside the Beaver Dam Amphitheater:
Animals (service animals are permitted)
Backpacks of any kind, including drawstring (diaper bags are permitted)
Banners/flags
Briefcases
Car seats (strollers are permitted)
Coolers of any size
Drones
Illegal Substances
Large purses or bags (larger than 14"x14"x6") (diaper bags are permitted)
Laser pens/pointers
Outside food or drink
Professional cameras/detachable lenses
Umbrellas (ponchos and raincoats are permitted in case of rain)
Video and audio recording devices/cameras

>Dress Code
Patrons entering the Beaver Dam Amphitheater must be properly dressed (including a shirt and shoes) and must remained clothed at all times within the venue.

>Entry/Security
Patrons should allow ample time for mandatory security procedures when entering the Beaver Dam Amphitheater. Security procedures may include a bag search or metal detection. Bags and purses can be no larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (diaper bags are permitted).

>Firearms/Weapons
Firearm possession is at the discretion of the individual promoter and may be prohibited at certain events. Please call Beaver Dam City Hall at 270-(274)-7106 for specific event firearm policy.

>Lost & Found
Items found before, during or after an event will be given to Beaver Dam City Hall. Patrons may contact the office during regular business hours at (270) 274-7106 to inquire about lost items.

>Projectiles
The throwing of any object at any time inside the Beaver Dam Amphitheater is strictly prohibited. Any person witnessed throwing a projectile of any size is subject to ejection from the venue.

>Re-Entry
Re-entry is prohibited during ticketed events. Exceptions may be made for community events and festivals.

>Smoking Policy
The Beaver Dam Amphitheater is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the venue. Electronic cigarettes are also not allowed. Smoking is allowed within the Beaver Dam Park outside of the Beaver Dam Amphitheater entry gates.

>Please be advised that events may feature special effects including but not limited to:
Pyrotechnics
Lasers Strobe Lights
Smoke 
Tickets

>Mission Tix and Ticket Leap are the only authorized third party ticketing agents for Beaver Dam Amphitheater Events. Patrons are encouraged to use caution if purchasing tickets from unauthorized vendors or websites. The selling of tickets on or near the venue is strictly prohibited.
