Where We Started
Beaver Dam, KY, is the home of a small progressive community that was founded over 124 years ago. It was formed by a Baptist congregation who started this town by a dam on Beaver Creek. This area can now be found when you visit the present church edifice. While the small town may have had a slow beginning, over the past few years Beaver Dam, KY, has acquired six manufacturing plants, shopping centers, many updated shops downtown, and new residential areas. Along with this recent growth, the Beaver Dam Tourism Commission has been created not only to allow the residents of the town to get involved in more activities but mainly to bring in more tourism to Beaver Dam.
Who Are We?
The Beaver Dam Tourism Commission is currently made up of about 6 members whose sole goal is to bring in revenue by promoting various events that include everything from country concerts to Christmas parades. With the addition of a brand new outdoor amphitheater, the commission is hoping to attract not only event goers but also performers. Beaver Dam is host to many different concerts and we always have something coming up! Click on the “Get Tickets” button above to get your tickets to this event before it sells out!
